The team is dedicated to improving, works collaboratively, and stays focused on what can be controlled. Even in difficult situations, there is a strong mindset of making things better where possible.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Top-down decisions are being made without enough input from teams, leading to disruption and low morale. This can be improved by listening first, involving teams in decisions, and communicating changes more clearly and transparently.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Leadership needs to listen to teams before making major changes. The recent reorg was done without understanding on-the-ground reality, which has hurt morale and motivation. A more collaborative, informed approach would lead to better outcomes.
