my coworkers, they always make the most out of whatever the managers messed up.

I have a lot of amazing coworkers and we have all banded together to solve issues, the issues all come from management and nepotism

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

a pay raise of at least 2.75 would be a start, just because you pay more than other fast food restraunts doesnt mean you pay your employees fairly

They are friendly

Great also depends what location and gm and mangers u have work at location that very dysfunctional now since switching I see a huge difference
