It's okay, it pays well. The managers are just rude and condescending. Plus we get treated unfairly as well as are threatened with write-ups. We are expected to come into work no matter how sick we are and if we can't find a cover we have it held against us by management.

PTO so we can be stable if unexpected situations occur.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Esme is a very good manager, she handles situations well, as well as Raquel, Gil, and Ana. Lucy Laura and Karol don't treat us with very much respect.
