McDonald's – There no work life balance. Working 7days straight over Christmas is not good. No time for family. Should have at least 1 day off over this period to be fair. Most times I get just 10hours between shifts. Factor in travel time and down before sleep is not good enough.

Great also depends what location and gm and mangers u have work at location that very dysfunctional now since switching I see a huge difference
