The comradery. Most employees are easy to get along with and laid back. So it's easy to make friends
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is nothing positive about the Cochran family culture. They are toxic. The environment is inconsistent and unorganized. Managers are hypocrites, don't lead by example. They tell you what to do, but don't do anything themselves. Instead, they take smoke breaks during the busiest hours
