What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive aspect within the culture and environment at the location I work for is the coworkers that help portray that positivity, even when our manager isn't very fond of it.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I was highly fond of the community that was falsely portrayed at my interview. Feeling the sense that the community would be filled with leadership, professionalism, and acceptance. Was pretty appealing to me, but i was soon proven otherwise.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The leadership team needs to improve within their overall professional expectations. It feels as if they are not capable of the responsibility that is held over them. I do not mean to undermine their expertise. Although, I value the overall aspects of leadership, I have not seen this be practiced.
