it was a harder job than I expected.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The atmosphere is pleasant, high energy, kid friendly. I like the atmosphere.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
scheduling and food cleanliness, temperature, shouldn't serve food just to keep the waste count down
What makes you most happy at work?
I like meeting new people, helping others, seeing all of the cute kiddos and making them happy :)
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was at a table in the store. It was very casual, laid back. I enjoyed the interview.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
better training straight up the managers/trainers think you should just know what there terms mean. they need to explain the jobs better. Alot of people that work there are very young, it's there first job ever. like they do not know what the trainers are even talking about.
