Friendly, team players and also very helpful.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The questions, it was very easy to pass it.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
managers undertand that everyone is getting paid low but they cant do anything about it
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
a 10$ an hour would make the worok more appealing and putting the right amount of workes overnight and on rush hour would be nice.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
None the workplace is always a mess low pay and they make you do the work of 2 or 3 people just to save money.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
put the right amount of workers on the daily basis at least, so workers get to work knowing that they wont do the work of 2 or 3
