Overall, I have honestly loved most of time with the company. I've made some very great friendships over the years and there are many who are role models to me that I can go to about anything whether work related or not. It has been a truly incredible experience.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
We get along very well with each other.

They joke around a lot
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Over worked, under paid, and under staffed = extremely exhausted employees
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Hiring reliable and responsible employees who work hard to get the job done
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was in person but in a relaxed setting which made me feel comfortable. I had already worked at the location several times prior to that so it helped that i already knew who I was talking to as well.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do a lot of work for not nearly what I feel I am worth getting paid. Paid maternity leave for moms at the management level should be offered, as well as dental insurance and not just a reimbursement plan.
