It's a blessing. I was fortunate enough to find a company like Medela that shares many of the values I desire and promote. Our products are amazing and easily allow our people to provide tremendous service to others. Both Human Milk and Healthcare provide clinical outcomes to better a life!

My coworkers are more like extended family members. I enjoy conversing with them and working on projects that move our company forward. We want to see each other succeed!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We have a "can do" mentality. If things do not go well...we pick up the pieces and find a better path. Almost everyone jumps in to help regardless if their role requires it.

Our leadership team has refocused on the primary driver of success...our people. They have an active focus on preparing Medela for the future. They have revitalized our innovation pipeline and have brought forward looking excitement.
What are some of the best things about your team?
100% commitment to our customers and each other. These are not my coworkers...they are my work family. I care deeply for them and their families. I do not want to fail any of them.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I truly appreciate the pension plan in combination with our matching 401k. Makes preparing for retirement less stressful. Also appreciate the ability to work from home when needed adding to quality of life. (Would love to see better medical benefits!)
What makes you most happy at work?
I'm most fulfilled when I've contributed to the success of others. I enjoy seeing my direct team members or other who I've assisted meet/exceed their goals get rewarded. I like to lift others and help them find the best in themselves.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It's really the aggregate that I believe makes Medela a strong choice to commit your talents to. Highlights (Pension/Matching 401K & recent maternity/paternity leave) Lower level benefits include our overall Insurance options. Very costly if multiple family members become ill.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Transparency has increased over the last few years. I know where the company stands at all times and updates provide clarity to the direction we are going. Vision, Planning, and Strategic Direction is solid. Our leaders are keeping us focused and driving execution to the plan.
