The 6 years that I've worked here I've learned more in that time than all my years working and college combined. I have outstanding supervisors/managers and coworkers that I have learned so much from. Every team that I have been a part of has been a great team to work with at Medela.

I hope this is the last company I work for. I love the environment, the people, and the job I do. Hands down the best company I have every worked for.

The time off and the pension plan.

knowing that the work I do is meaningful and has an impact.

We work well as a team and communicate well. We compliment each other well.
What makes you most happy at work?
helping people whether that was when I was in customer service on the phones with moms or now when I'm helping sales reps with reports regarding their accounts so they can get a clear picture of what's going on.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
how friendly everyone is. Other places people are head down and focused on getting through the day. Here everyone you pass is looking up with eye contact and saying hello. Its just a different environment, I love it.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I was moved over to another team in January 2019 and started doing a sales reporting position but I still have my old job title and pay. An updated position and salary would make me feel better about my compensation.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
everyone is so friendly. This is the first place I've worked where even if you walk by someone you don't know they say hello. Usually everyone is so involved in the work they do that you don't get that in other places.
