What are some of the best things about your team?
Scrappy, vision, kind, and smart. Qualtrics has a very high hiring bar so I feel pushed all the time to be my best and to make my best better. I learn often from my colleagues
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is so much opportunity if you perform well. We are unified on a mission that has so much purpose and meaning to it. We are creating a new category of software, XM, that fundamentally changes the way companies do business, governments guide, schools educate, etc.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Qualtrics pays for 100% of our healthcare premiums. So I have nothing coming out of my paycheck for medical insurance. I also love the $1,500 experience budget we are given every year that has to be used for a vacation. Both are given in addition to my OTE
