Julie Sweet is a great leader and CEO. I think Accenture is doing a lot of things right. The problem is that, at the middle management level, you have a system that severely lacks governance, strategic leadership, staffing support, and guardrails to keep talented ppl from getting totally overloaded.

Ability to work remotely for good pay, despite the insane hours and stress.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Commitment to gender equality, as well as to inclusion and diversity. Commitment to a culture of citizen development where we have all the digital tools we need to work and collaborate remotely at a global level. Great pay, vacation time, benefits, and bonus potential/stock options.
