Free breakfast tacos one day per month, even though they aren't that good, at least they are free meh

Working there 3.5 years,one time I got a .09% raise while they keep bragging that the company is doing better than ever and profits are soaring! I get noted appreciations & co-worker awards point all year, then get no raise and no Bonus. Same goes true for atleast 3 supervisors and 80% of us at TMHP
