Leadership under performs consistently yet does little to improve market share. And nothing to improve culture, morale.
My team is great. It’s the people outside my team that are rude crude and have not respect for the individual (an ACN core value)
Zero percent raises consistently even when performance ratings exceed expectations. ACN does not fairly pay the corporate function employees (HR, Finance, etc.) only the consultants are recognized / rewarded.
