Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have worked for 4 years at the Pune IDC. There were no perks apart from the regular salary. When working on weekends, there is usually a cap on the fuel or cab allowance which is varied at the discretion of the supervisor. The Coffee Machines are out of coffee most of the times.
