What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It’s a very supportive though challenging environment. The culture is so positive and uplifting.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like how integrated they are on a daily basis. You often can’t tell leadership apart from regular managers and MDs and I think that’s great because it shows that they immerse themselves into the same environments as the rest of us.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is the reason I don’t mind the long days, they are encouraging and constructive. They help me grow my skill set by pushing me out of my comfort zone and going out of their way to teach me things that are beyond what they’re required to.
