Get rid of the NA regional model or remove the hiring freeze.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Hiring freezes may save the company money, but it will cause employee burn out, high turnover, and costly mistakes. Also the North America regionalization was a bad decision for the contract management group in particular when coupled with the hiring freeze.
