I love my team, and that is why I go to work
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I hear that executive teams - sr. Manager and above at deloitte are not a cohesive group because they are constantly competing with each other for sales. They focus less on people development.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I am happy and when I even entertained going to deloitte they could not match my salary and I ha e many friends who went there and are unhappy with the culture because of billable time requirements essentially making it impossible to take any vacation
