Reward people who deserve...not just that you belong to a certain group hence you have the authority to call shots.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Have compassion towards employees and stop politics. Give chance to employees to shine and then rate them. There are some really good leads but this is a tough place to work abd u guess it’s no different in Deloitte
