Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Sr Manager hiring calibration is terrible - external hires with 20 yrs of experience are leveled with 5-7 yrs in grown at Accenture talent. Demoralizing. Makes no sense.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
There is a lot of talk @ being human and respectful - at the top there are great strides. The next layers down - total operators/tacticians with low EQ - really kills the soul. Then we’ll get these zinger autocratic emails copying in leadership about administrative that are hu
