I enjoy that I am seen as an individual with individual talents and thoughts. Everyone is included in this office as a team and that's something that is very important to me. Being seen as a person and not a number makes me enjoy my job so much more. We also enjoy each other's company as well!

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The compensation is a hard topic for most, but in the field I'm in, we had to go to school for the job I have now. To see that Sheetz or Walmart employees in high school are making about as much as I do now with a degree, is not only discouraging but disappointing as well.

The work load and compensation need bettwr balanced for many people in the company. Many dedicated people but with a heavy and sometimes hard to manage load or need more staff.
