Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Due to the work and other departments I have been assisting in additional to my daily duties, I feel I do the job of many people and should be compensated/recognized for that.

My coworkers are diverse, interesting, and wonderful. Everyone is so talented and adds something to the table. Some of my coworkers have also become close friends.
