Compensation needs to adjust with inflation and the responsibilities of the role. Going from RC to a sourcer should get a much higher pay increase. The fact that I work at a large company like Amazon and am stressed about paying rent is laughable. Amazon has the money to pay their employees better.

Streamline the BR finding process. Seems to be getting more difficult to secure a Bar Raiser for upcoming loops that creates a lot of stress and worry on the RC's part.
