Amazing equity that feels fair for employees who joined shortly after Amplitude's IPO.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Folks really care about you and that shows through some of our benefits. They do everything they can to bring folks together where safe and possible.

In a completely remote setting during the pandemic, Amplitude still manages to do a great job connecting employees (also great party executions :)

What did you like most about the interview process?
They trusted my abilities and didn't spend massive amounts of time focused on highly tactical questions, instead it felt like they wanted to understand me more deeply.

Team showed up on time, they asked questions about yoru background, did not expect you to know every detail about the company and hypothetical questions
