more satisfying than not, with plenty of opportunities to redirect to remain satisfied
Review from Product Dept
The company is great and management is invested in work-life balance.
Review from Product Dept
My direct leaders are very helpful and aligned. However, the overall company leadership team is not direct or explicit enough. I wish more information was made available on a regular basis, not just townhalls indexed without numbers.
Review from Product Dept
Communication of OKR's and alignment across cross functional groups.
Review from Product Dept
Generally provides frequent updates on company's performance.
Review from Product Dept
transparency with company direction and plans
Review from Product Dept
The diversity and always feeling included.

Telling the remaining employed staff that it's okay that you just termed 7 percent of your workforce because you are still "very profitable" is kind of tone def as well as telling the company that you were not doing any more layoffs then term more employees in Q4. Not a single executive was termed..

fixing what's broken before building on it, ease up on the sales push, in post pandemic world don't require Nashville residency for promotion opportunities
Review from Product Dept
Not sure who this question is referring to. Supervisor or leads or Manager? they all need improvement except for maybe one lead who does a good job and seems to care. The rest are lazy and don't care or are incompetent or both.
Review from Product Dept
Being in touch with the staff. Throughout the pandemic they didn't seem to care about what was happening to the people in the org that didn't report to them. Additionally the whole return to office conversations could have been handled better. Think like I will not discuss it or you can leave.

Health benefits, manager approved PTO, remote flexibility
Review from Product Dept
Being able to receive them.
Review from Product Dept
I have choices and options. I like that I am able to be paid fairly but also given the opportunity to protect my finances and overall health of my family.
Review from Product Dept
Flexibility and good health insurance
Review from Product Dept
Outside of the standard offerings on financial coverage, there are many additional and free benefits Asurion includes.
Review from Product Dept
I feel that we are not promoted based on performance, but based on an arbitrary timeline assigned to given roles. Also, if people are more tenured, they are making significantly less than new hires.
Review from Product Dept
Level setting company experience/tenure with new hires incoming salaries.
Review from Product Dept
In looking at similar roles at competitive companies, the salaries are often higher, with a faster track to promotion.
Review from Product Dept
Salary is a lot lower than where I used to be. Also, pay raises have gone up at a very low rate. Doesn't seem to matter how you've performed.
Review from Product Dept
match the market rate. current comp is ~20% below market
Review from Product Dept
We are collaborative, helpful, compassionate, and willing to jump into to help others!
Review from Product Dept
Good natured and realistic outlook on work.
Review from Product Dept
Diversity, culture, professional experience and Technical knowledge
Review from Product Dept
Team calibrations and team outings that we have both in office and outside of work.
Review from Product Dept
The culture and ability to work through challenging problems
Review from Product Dept
hire smarter people who are more independent and can figure out how to tackle issues on their own
Review from Product Dept
Cross functional communciations. Teams can be very siloed, which has large downstream impacts for project completion and decision making.
Review from Product Dept
The noise is a big thing for me. I have medical conditions that are triggered by light and sound. For me the constant noise, the dropping off at desks to chat about things is a constant distraction. I also feel the collab in person is not as great as virtual. Virtual requires work drive by does not.
Review from Product Dept
It's a large company that feels small!
Review from Product Dept
The ability to communicate directly with leadership and executives during live presentations and being encouraged to explore new ideas
Review from Product Dept
Always prepared to tackle big problems.
Review from Product Dept
It's diverse and the feeling of always knowing there's a place for me to feel comfortable.
Review from Product Dept
That we promote and actively engage in bringing diversity and inclusion.
Review from Product Dept
Executives need to organize their teams in a way which drives collaboration vs competitiveness/conflict. Too much ownership is given to low level operational roles who struggle to lead technical, product and skilled workers.
Review from Product Dept
I don't know if this is across the company, but my area seems stagnant, slow to move away from the "this is how we've always done it" mindset
Review from Product Dept
More diversity. Listen, accept, and "actively support" good ideas that may be outside mainstream
Review from Product Dept
They genuinely select the resource they feel that can help be most successful.

My coworkers, the office building, my manager

Working with my team and solving challenging problems while making a meaningful and measurable impact for our technician and customer journey.

My immediate coworkers or when I am able to directly impact/drive a change to the business.
Review from Product Dept
New challenges and opportunities to provide new solutions
Review from Product Dept
Being able to work from home and not have to stress about driving into work and being stuck in traffic and feeling drained when I get back home.
Review from Product Dept
Amount of work and pace gets overwhelming
Review from Product Dept
Working in a fast paced ever changing environment is not a perk of the position, it's a drawback. Having to constantly pivot because every stakeholder is trying to squeeze you for every second of you life they can get. Working before breakfast and part dinner is now an expectation, not an exception.
Review from Product Dept
I'm not a fan of the commute into downtown every day, (regardless of time) but not an issue once I am there. I have been very intentional about never working downtown in my life. I never had an issue going into any of the previous buildings where I worked that weren't downtown.
Review from Product Dept
change the firedrill nature of the work, hire and promote people who don't look like you, pay your people market value and allow fully remote workers
Review from Product Dept
The company seems to have a misguided approach to understanding the current employee market, Remote/Hybrid work is more critical then ever for retention, and by constantly pushing for in office work(even if it is good) is counter productive to to the trust factor and remote distribution of the team
