Needs a much stronger / streamlined flow of communication. GM’s are constantly trying to keep up with ineffective change and not respected as key driver’s of in store performance.

We are there to serve the women and girls who shop in our store. We learn their names, we give them an experience in our Fit Studio customized to their needs. And, we do this together! Our store promotes and atmosphere of belonging for employees and customers alike.

Organized! New staff are given the tools they need along with the time and grace to help them succeed.

I was interviewed, not just by the leadership in the store, but leaders in other stores. There is a collaborative effort as well from the District Management level.

I love seeing our customer's faces light up when we're helping them with outfit decisions, especially when we offer something they would never have tried and end up loving it. I also love knowing that our team is well trained is going about their responsibilities. As a leader, that's awsome!
