Fair salary and bonus structure

i feel the 401k and its match is not a benefit

Gift certificates and free swag do not equate to valuing employees, appropriate compensation and bonuses are the kinds of incentives employees seek

Pay fair market rates. Many employees are not paid fair market value for their time.

The compensation just isn't realistic and most employees who aren't on the executive level struggle with making ends meet. I've yet to talk to someone who thinks it's all fair and great.

Higher compensation to account for ups/downs of staffing. There's so many things outside of our control as recruiters. Staff would be healthier and more secure knowing their income isn't so heavily influenced by the market.

What did you like most about the interview process?
I got to meet my entire team which helped set the tone for what to expect in my day to day interactions. This is very helpful when deciding who I want to work with day in and day out.
