What does the leadership team need to get better at?
There is no common culture that permeates leaders at BAE. A person in one cube can have a fantastic employment experience while the person next to them can be miserable and hate their job all depending on their functional culture.

Again, depends on the function you are in and the management team for that function. If you are in the right one your experience will be great. If you pick the wrong one you will be miserable. You will know very quickly.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
I think current management is trying to turn it around, but this is a very old, very entrenched company that moves like a defense contractor. Thant's rough on tech folk and murderous on consultancies.
