I love the culture and the people, but the pay is terrible and honestly I think we'd easily be able to hire and retain employees if we just ensured that everyone was paid enough to sustain themselves on.

I love the options for health, dental, vision, and 401K contributions. For the type of company this is and the place I am at in my career they provide great benefits! Boostability also listens to the concerns of its employees and adjusts the benefits each year to best help us where they can!

They are very resistant to coming even close to competitive wages, let alone a real living wage, and don't really take your previous experience into account for your starting pay.
