They are committed to the Brand's success and are actively seeking ways to improve it. They are also travelling extensively to deliver info first hand based on observations. They are fully committed to recognition and engagement and have dramatically improved the crew & Mgr work experience.

The PTO is the best officially listed benefit, it's very generous and encourages me to stay longer. The flexible schedule is the best overall benefit. I can make my daily schedule work with my personal needs.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Our bonus structure is unfair and is given according to title. As a result we are top heavy in managers, SR etc whom are only promoted in order to be able to participate in a greater bonus. It should be a flat rate across the board

I am definitely not undervalued - I know for certain that I am valued. I just believe that the compensation is not competitive to other corporate positions around. However, I wouldn't leave this position based on the company, culture and growth potential.

More events/benefits are being offered such as chair massages, lunch and learns, etc. It's the little things that mean a lot. So any time I see effort being made to bring new things on, it shows we are valued as employees.

I am able to make a difference in operations - through training a class and resolving issues. My boss doesn't micromanage me.
