There's a lot of room for improvement from recognition, reward, expectations, and overall strategy. The company is positioned in the right niche, but seems to want to venture out and be someone they are not allowing vendors to drive strategy rather than results.

Made a lot of friends, meet some good supervisors, bad part was two days of training. 2500 people thru turnstile first day alone. Trained a lot of people, watched them grow in their careers and other that left after first day. Met a lot of nice patrons and a few stinkers

We work as a team, we cover if somebody has something comes trade days. Can't do it now as we are working 6 day weeks. Team is really short. Leaving for better paying positions. Everybody got raise to $12.50. So now I'm making the same as a new hire. So much for loyalty to company.

Recognition and reward goes a long way. At the end of the day, people want to be compensated according to their value and accomplishments. Again, management reaps the financial benefits off the hard work and labor of their teams. Provide bonuses and incentives for work well done.
