The PTO plan is very solid, especially since employees get bumped up to 4 weeks when they hit 2 years with Canidium.

Being a remote employee is sometimes difficult. Our team is in contact with each other daily, mostly using chats. It keeps the day going, as there is fun conversations a lot of times. The chats are also very informative and an easy way to alert of something new.
