Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Being a small company Canidium is not able to offer the greatest benefits, like some of the big corporations are. But the benefits offered are adequate.

Open, Friendly, Honest co-workers and Leadership. Honest Leadership is relatively rare, and very nice to have.

The most positive thing is the Internal Social Media outlet the team offers. Our Google Plus has an outlet for peer recognition and it is very encouraging to see the feedback that people give one another.

It was more personal than most interviews I've had. The interviewing process wasn't very formalized and was pretty mild compared to other interviews I've had in the past.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Nothing wrong with the company. I don't think the position I'm in is the right position for me and often think about other opportunities. But I stay because of how the Executives treat their employees, the excellent work-life balance the company offers and the benefits package is pretty solid.
