What do you like best about the leadership team?
Centric leaders truly care about their employees like a family just as much as the business itself and the focus on building long client relationships. This shows through all their coaching, culture-like meetings, employee surveys, rewarding bonuses, merit increases, and other benefits.

Continue to build and maintain a great culture; continue to lead and keep clients AND employees in good balance. Doing great client work and retaining the strong employees who love the work they do.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
It is awesome to belong to a company that out of the blue gives an extra merit increase in reaction to the salary markets. Also, it's great having the annual bonus and opportunity for quarterly over-time bonuses for those projects we have to work a lot of extra hours.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Annual raises and promotions are minimal

"Total comp" model undervalues most employees compared to other consulting companies. "Bonuses" seem more like withheld comp that you get at the end of the year instead of a true bonus.

What are some of the best things about your team?
Their personalities are on the same page and it's great working with people of various experiences and great talent. I find it helpful to learn faster by sharing from each other's ideas and experiences.

What makes our culture most positive is the companies strong emphasis on diversity, equality, and wanting people to have a balance between work and personal life.

What did you like most about the interview process?
Personally my interview process was very easy because the company was already familiar with my work ethics and skillset since I worked with Centric as an independent.

The skills questions were mixed in with the behavioral questions and the interview felt more like a conversation than a rapid question/answer interview.

I was able to meet with multiple people from multiple levels in the company. The process did take a long time; however, I was comfortable that it was not rushed. It was a thorough process and allowed me to interview Centric as much as they interviewed me.

What makes you most happy at work?
Having the flexibility to work from home and take time off as needed throughout the week. Also, I like the awesome feeling from delivering high quality solutions for our clients besides the financial rewards.

The remote work/life balance is a great foundation to Centric. I can perform all the needed client related tasks from the comfort of my personal office and I still have the opportunity to build relationships with my coworkers.

They can do better with 401k, health and dental benefits. The company can offer tuition reimbursement for those who want to pursue graduate studies.
