It is awesome to belong to a company that out of the blue gives an extra merit increase in reaction to the salary markets. Also, it's great having the annual bonus and opportunity for quarterly over-time bonuses for those projects we have to work a lot of extra hours.

Personally my interview process was very easy because the company was already familiar with my work ethics and skillset since I worked with Centric as an independent.
