Identifying and promoting talent from within teams. There is nowhere for me or anyone in my position to grow at Chegg, and leadership has only given a vague timeline of "six months" for when we will have growth pathways. That's unacceptable.

if leadership puts more emphasis on customer service, it can be improved dramatically. Obviously, the people at the top don't give a scoot about employees delivering 5-star customer service. And the apple does not fall far from the tree. So the employees & coworkers don't give a --- about customers
