What is the best part about your compensation package?
unlimited PTO and 401K match

We do an annual merit based on company performance. But only directors and above get bonuses.

We are generally a higher paying company. Depending on what skills and position you are trying to attain, we match to the industry standards, and we use the best up to date data we have to give the most appropriate salary for that position. I can respect that.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I support our organization globally, but don't get the opportunity for global travel. Our organization doesn't offer any sort of legitimate training beyond a garbage LMS system and we currently have no offerings or investment set aside for continuing education opportunities.

I know I am underpaid. I am somewhat okay with it because of how great my job, team and leadership is. If I was at market for my role and paid for the goals I've hit year after year. That would be great.

Bonuses do not seem to be available for front line employees. Director and above, great, you get a quarterly kick back for our hard work. Monetary compensation sometimes speaks louder than leadership with an "atta'boy"

Collaboration - We have a lot to do but we all jump in to get things done.

As we've had some much growth over the past few years we have worked to be a "melting pot" of experiences. As such, we've grown into a very collaborative culture where we take advantage of having diverse work experiences and different strengths.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Open communication - we keep connected with Virtual Breakrooms that provide updates (and some fun) and "Coffee talk with our CEO" on a monthly basis.

I most enjoy that all our leaders are readily available. Our CEO truly has an "open door policy" - literally --- when his door is open (which is very frequent) employees are encouraged to drop by and talk.

I have a role where I work with a lot of departments and I enjoy building relationships across the organization.We have great people that enjoy the challenges of a growing company.
