As an intern and college student, minimizing expenses is important. Classy provides a parking pass and/or other transportation subsidies which is a blessing in minimizing cost of travel to the beautiful downtown office.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It's always been clear to me that pay has never been a big thing about Classy. It's difficult to live here in San Diego, and they definitely don't make it any easier. Getting a raise is like pulling teeth, even if job responsibilities have increased.

What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is incredibly talented and works very collaboratively. No task is below anyone and everyone jumps in to help each other. And we have lots of fun together! I respect my team mates and genuinely think of them as friends.

The different people I met from departments across the organization. It gave me a good sense of what I could expect and a spectrum of experiences.
