There are a multitude of growth opportunities aside from the yearly raises to adjust for inflation. For the workers that want to take on the challenges they are available and welcome. While on the flip side these aren't forced upon you if you would like to take a slower growth pace.

I was nervous before the interview, but within minutes, I felt at ease in a relaxed and welcoming environment. Everyone was kind, which helped me feel comfortable. I also liked the balance of behavioral and technical questions, allowing the team to get to know me as a person.

The interview process is very organized and detailed. I interacted with my future team, direct managers, and executive leadership, which allowed me to have those acquaintances before my first day. The President and Chief of Staff meet with each candidate, and that was a very big deal for me.

My interview process was years ago. Now I participate in the interview process. I do not really look forward to doing them, but then I always seem to enjoy them. I think that is because they are kind spirited, and we really just focus on getting to know the person who is applying.
