was hoping for an acknowledgement at work for employees hardwork

Amazing feeling to be a part of the company who is not only growth oriented. The management keeps the employees at top. Support is amazing. Very transparent in each and every aspect. Feel good to be here. Wish to make my company proud with me.

Working at cp360 is fun and informative at the same time. As a fresher got to learn very ideas, knowledge and professional etiquette.

The management team os amazing. HR is extremely supporting. Never felt like I can't grow in this company. Within a span of 6 mo the have seen this company growing with the employees not alone.

The best thing about CP360 is, it is more focused on employees, which helps all the employees to do great at their desk.

Being treated like a child, that need to be reminded of what to do and what are the policy consequences.

Geo leadership needs to step up and be more competent with basic task/s they have on their plate.

the pay and the number of QA's have been going down and there are no talk of adding more QA's some QA's are in floating status and there are a lot of work to be done for these QA's to be floating status
