The management team os amazing. HR is extremely supporting. Never felt like I can't grow in this company. Within a span of 6 mo the have seen this company growing with the employees not alone.

Not really happy anymore at work due to a toxic environment
What makes you most happy at work co-workers
The work culture freindly environment supportive nature. Feel good even when we want to extend the work. Good feeling when I do something for the team. Tremendous amount of helping nature.
The work load is manageable and you can enjoy your leasure time
First of all I am all in for challenges, and secondly the team I work with..

the pay and the number of QA's have been going down and there are no talk of adding more QA's some QA's are in floating status and there are a lot of work to be done for these QA's to be floating status
