The teamwork and how teams treated us and motivated us to achieve something in the company

I's day that the environment is light and less pressure as of now i don't feel toxicity

I believe agents should also have adherence allowance and be paid per day not actually by how much was the salary offered .

very approachable, friendly and we treat each one of us as family , we share knowledge and help others who are having troubles in workloads

I've been with the company for over a year, consistently striving to excel in my performance and maintain punctuality. Despite my efforts, it seems my contributions have not been recognized, and I have not received any rewards or acknowledgment for my hard work.
