standardized processes! There are still too many differences between CSOD and legacy Saba/Lumesse products, no one knows what's going on
Easy, gender pay gap. Also, Sales-related positions seem to be everything here (high compensation plus incentives etc), whereas other positions doesn't seem to be as important. (although other departments are fundamental! E.g. Product Development, Customer Support, etc.)
Having clear salary ranges. Equal job should mean equal payment. (I am specifically talking about gender pay gap and differences between CSOD and legacy Saba employees when doing the same job - maybe just for a different product)
