Regional leadership team is very close to reach and good for support, but still feel the leadership in headquarter is a bit too far. DEI and Career path are another two things I dont think we are weak but could be better.
Even asking for more responsibility and challenges, still see no signal of promotion or next step in career. I know it might be realistic but if we could have a very clear promotion path and career path, that would make people not only focus on COMP but also feeling valued.
