What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
after merging CSOD and Saba, the culture has drastically changed. I love the pace of work right now, and respect for each other.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
the commission I get is almost one third compared with last year. The commission for RSM is much higher than SC, that looks unfair against workload.
