Communication and valuing employees. Actually taking an interest in them and developing them. we are humans not machines.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Manager does not take an interest and the development conversation did nothing to address the issues. when employees go out of their way - extra hours, weekend working recognition by a bonus payment would be appreciated
