There's been so much attrition that it gives the opportunity to constantly meet new team members.

The company has a highly-developed social conscience. Heavy focus on Diversity & Inclusion. Much work with non-profits.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Changes to sales compensation plan in 2021 means OTE is much decreased from 2020 and previous years. I understand the goal to reduce costs and don't expect that to change back.
