What are some of the best things about your team?
I have a fairly autonomous role (even more so remote), so the best thing is being able to work and connect with people across many teams all over the world - which wasn't so easy in an office space.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Integrating departments better, and not holding one department or team higher than the rest. From the support side, I don't think the company does a good job of recognizing the impact support has on our clients - compensation included.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Support plays an immense role in client retention, however, doesn't always get the credit/pay deserved as it can fall to CSMs/AMs. Without our clients, we wouldn't have much of a business, and I would request base salary increases for the amount of work we put into strengthening client relationships
