The sense of community and appreciation for each other's talents. We holistically look at the positives of our colleagues and the great differences they bring to the table.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is open and willing to learn and willing to jump in and help on a moment's notice. There's no judgement, just a collective want to help each other be successful.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Our 401k match has fallen behind the times to be competitive. Additionally, it seemed that we weighed heavily on the RSU part of total comp and lowered base salary, which I think should be corrected.
