Constant turmoil that isn't even related to the pandemic, but that doesn't help. When I thought we were finally settling in, we had more change thrown at us. I understand why, but I don't understand where everything has/will settle. It's very frustrating.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Connecting with who my support teams are, who do I go to for what, and whether something is even supported anymore.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
My benefits have actually atrophied dramatically since I joined the company. My deductible has increased and coverage decreased overall and per family member, to the point of effectively decreasing my total compensation to the tune of 3-4%.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Reconnecting people. I read an article posted on Workplace about re-onboarding everyone because businesses and the people remaining at work in them have turned over so significantly that nobody is a veteran anymore. I felt it deeply.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
We need to figure out who to work with in many cases. The people I used to work with, in many cases for the same tasks, have changed from even 6 months ago. It is often hard to find who I need to talk to to get my work done.
